Very helpful and friendly

A few years ago i lost my dad who lived in Jamaica. Just 2 months after i had visited him. So i had no money to go back or help with the funeral arrangement. I contacted the bank to see if they could help and provide me with a loan or overdraft. The customer service agent was very understanding and supportive of my loss and my situation and transfer me to the loan department were i received the same support. In short after help to go through the application process and quick decision of approval was sent to me. The month payment and interest rate was afford nowhere as high as other banks. I was able to attend the funeral with my son and contribute to the funeral expenses. The London Mutual credit union is a great bank to be with.
