Simple and easy.

Easy to purchase, cheap in comparison to other ckmpanies, and good customer service. However I often receive emails from the company that I would rather not receive (eg promotional offers) Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Denied a student overdraft.

The staff at my local halifax were friendly and helpful. However, I was refused an overdraft on a student account because I had unplanned charges on the account. I wouldn't have been charged this fee if I already had an overdraft. Essentially, I was denied an overdraft because I didn't already have an overdraft in place. I left the bank feeling completely perplexed. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
