The staff have always been very supportive when I asked for a loan they keep you updated to were your application for a loan is and the staff are very knowledgeable there is always someone there if you need someone to talk to if you need help with your loans or savings Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Very helpful and lovely staff x

I needed money and I was on lockdown and I phoned up and explained to one of the staff and she said no problem we can transfer it to your bank for you and that was very helpful to me as I said the staff are so helpful which is what you need if you can’t get out and you know there is a friendly voice at the end of the phone.
