The friend who doesnt judge

When i approached the Union I was nervous & embarrassed to be needing a loan. Knowing it was NHS based though i felt respected and not judged. It must be OK to ask for help or it wouldnt exsist i thought! The staff on the phones are so friendly and genuine. Now the app is a reassurance that I need to feel in control. The Union was the friend I needed in trouble and I feel safe knowing they are there for me. Financial worries no more as I have a trustworthy friend who knows where im coming from.
