Great, friendly service

We've only been with PurelyPets for 7 months, so I can't comment on renewal prices (hopefully they are more realistic than others on the market!). Unfortunately we had to make a claim recently, but the customer service team were great and theh have even been able to pay the vets directly, which has taken a massive weight off our shoulders.
