Amazing Customer Support

NHS CU is fantastic. It is so easy to set up, easy to deposit money into every month and love that they have various methods of doing so to chose from. It is so easy to manage your account too - they use the latest technology via their app and if wanting to communicate with them regarding any issue, they have a dedicated customer service app which means your issue is dealt with immediately. Love that they have a “live chat” customer support option because when you’re very busy at work - you can have an on going discussion with them Quickly and you don’t need to dedicate 30 minutes At lunch to wait to get through to a call centre. I have never felt unsupported as a customer and feel like they are always there to help if needed. Superb experience and appreciate all the hard work they do - all my colleagues do too! 10 stars!!!
