Fast friendly service

My youngest girl Freya was struck down with acute pancreatitis. I put my claim in from the emergency vet but there was some mix up with them. Purely Pets kept me notified as to how the claim was coming along and paid out promptly as soon as things were sorted out. Best service ever from a pet insurance company in my 45 years of owning pets. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020
