So helpful and understanding

I have been with Purely Pets for a long time. However this is the first time we had to claim due to a nasty accident my poor lab experienced. The gentleman I spoke to was brilliant, talked me every step of the way with how to claim, and even showed genuine concern for my dog and myself. I would most definitely recommend them.
