Understanding, professional service.

Never been involved with a credit union before. I was trying to get my finances back on track and had been unsuccessful through my bank and other agencies. I then researched LCU through the recommendation from a friend. From the start I was made feel like the staff actually cared and listened to what I was looking for. A very minimal amount of "work" was required from myself. ie: documents, proof of identity ect. I recieved the amount I request and was and still am very happy with the rates and customer service I receive and still receive. Plus I also have some savings accumating each month.
