Outstanding customer Service

All my contacts with the Bath Building Society have been very good, the customer service is outstanding, they always go out of their way to provide assistance and to be helpful and kind, the staff are always poIite, I cannot rate them all too highly, They reflect the pride they have in the Society and its principles Reviewed on: 13th September 2024

Terriffic insurance cover from a truly customer focussed company
