Great company, great experience!

I took my first ever loan out with Zopa and they really made me feel comfortable from start to finish. All terms and conditions and other legal stuff was delivered in a very understanding way, which calmed my nerves a lot (I'm a massive worrier when it comes to legal jargon and obligations). Their customer service is fast and friendly, too. Zopa really makes taking a loan out with them a pleasant and easy experience. I honestly can't recommend them enough! Reviewed on: 31st May 2017
