No ida what this means!

I have had a few claims. Making a claim is never as straightforward as you would hope, particularly as your are dealing with a different company, so you are one step away from feeling the claim will be viewed from a Golfer's point of view and not a purely commercial and cold outfit!!! A very good s after net for a reasonable price

I have had only one claim some years ago. Back then the process of supplying what appear to be unnecessary details: th e requests were a "one style fits all" rather than focussing on the details of the claim itself": such as a picture of my trolley which had no bearing on the validity of the claim.
