Been with DBS for 40yrs and always felt secure and comfortable dealing with employees and the products on offer. Not made to feel like a 'dinosaur' when using more traditional means. Once area of criticism - when counting out money please be more discreet, e.g.holding up the money for all to use. And put into an envelope would be thoughtful. All buildings should offer room/rooms for personal/sensitive money issues. Product well explained. Would like to comment on clear detail, courtest and professionalism to a retired customer.
