Not very flexible or understanding, makes little to no effort of focusing on individual needs. One broad brush that paints everyone. Very profit driven which most times leaves the individual trying to sort their finances on the sidelines as they feel ignored and underappreciated. My financial saviours

Always, always, always there for me, even when other institutions have said no. They listen to my needs and tailor their services to suit me. I have recommended all my friends and would highly recommend anyone else to join this credit union. Also the interest rates are ridiculously low compared to ANYWHERE ELSE, I sometimes wonder how they make a profit. Reviewed on: 4th July 2020
