Well trained staff

It has always been a pleasure dealing with them and seeing how seriously they take the principle of treating the customer fairly. Many other personal lines insurers' staff could learn a lot from this approach. I occasionally have some non standard technical questions regarding my 3 cats. I like the fact that if the person doesn't know or is not totally certain of the answer, they refer it and I can get a sensible reply. I also like the fact that, as a former City Underwriter, I can talk to an Agria underwriter or claims person if necessary. The claims handling has also been of a decent standard. It is such a positive contrast with other pet insurers encountered. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
