Rare to feel so positively about an insurer!

A pleasure to have pet insurance through the insurance emporium. Every time I've had to call with a query and when I've had to make a claim they have been so friendly, helpful, quick and efficient. I cannot find a single fault, truly a good all round experience. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Absolutely 5 star service

I had to make a claim for my puppy, as I was really worried (as most people are when having to deal with insurance) as I didn't need any more stress on top of everything. However, my experience was brilliant, the form was really simple and Insurance Emporium responded within days to the claim, called me to arrange a bank transfer and made the payment well within a week or two of submitting.
