Handled my Claim with Friendliness and no Fuss! :-)

I have never had a good experience with an insurance company prior to now, but when I got a new cat I knew I should have insurance. From the initial phone call things were good, they were super friendly and it was like dealing with a small and dedicated family business rather than a faceless company. After my cat became suddenly unwell, I was relieved that she was ok but still worried about how much it had cost me. The whole claims handling process was such a relief and I was overjoyed to recieve a payout as I'd heard so many horror stories from friends about other companies. I really like their overall tone of voice too, they were sympathetic about my pet. So refreshing. I strongly recommend this company. Reviewed on: 6th July 2020
