Very Quick Efficient Service

You can only judge a service when you actually have to use it. First claim I had to put in on my old cat and it was dealt with very quickly, from some initial advice due to possible high cost for treatment, through to payment . 15% charge on fees wasn't aware of but for the age of my cat it's still a good deal and very helpful staff.
