Great customer service with the best online banking website

Santander's customer service has consistently been fantastic and have been able to help with a whole range of transactions from paying bills to transferring money. The online banking site is quick and easy to use and gives a good impression for security. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015

Great customer service with very efficient staff

The staff are extremely friendly and try to be as quick as possible. Every transaction I have placed was simple and problem free. The bank is nice, warm and cosy which is great in the winter. I have never had to wait in a queue for more than five minutes which is great. Their opening hours could be improved especially when I have to go to the bank after work.
