One very happy customer

After receiving upsetting news from my vet that my dog would have to have a lump removed, I contacted the insurance Emporium initially by phone where the advisor talked me through how to print off a claim form, which I did with ease (and I’m not very technical!) I filled it in and so did the vet and as my dog was recovering I received an email to say that my claim was successful and the payment was in my bank account 4 days later. Betsy the Patterdale terrier is recovering well and I’m so happy with the service that Iv recommended you to my colleague at work. Reviewed on: 7th July 2020
