Peace of mind

I have made a few claims for my cats and dog, and every time, everything I have claimed for has been covered and settled really quickly. This gives me a generally reassured feeling over my pets' health as I know I'll be able to pay for anything they may need. Also, I've found the customer services at Agria so nice. Even when I just have a quick query they always are interested in my pets and have a genuine interest in them - they make me feel really looked after and I would never choose any other company to insure my animals. Great peace of mind

Have been using Agria for quite a few years and have only had good experiences, most notably from the claims team who genuinely seem to understand how it feels when you're worried about a pet. Never had a problem claiming and it's just reassuring not having to worry about the cost if one of my pets gets ill. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
