My husband and I have been helped by STEP CHANGE a great deal. The first obstacle on our part was embarrassment but STEP CHANGE put us in a much better mind set. Once we got over the embarrassment, we quickly got our finances in order. Even in the lock down we were still being helped. In the most troubling times for me, Step Change made the experience much more bearable. They never made me feel uncomfortable, they are totally dedicated to helping people in my predicament. Even in this trouble times Step Change still managed to advise and help me. I would recommend anyone in trouble with debt to contact them.
