Happy Customer.

Very user friendly app, where you can do everything you need at the touch of a couple of button. You’re always kept in the loop and know where you stand. Can add card to Apple Wallet which is a huge plus. Reviewed on: 14th June 2024

Life Savers!

I have not got a bad word to say about StepChange, the are lovely, happy people that always have the best solution to hand. They’ve helped to get my life back on track after having many sleepless nights due to worrying about my finances. They’re prompt, polite and always on the end of the phone to offer guidance. I receive loads of emails with all the relevant information I need to keep things going strong and make sure I’m always up to date, I get emailed statements each month of my progress which is wonderful. Overall I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me. I suffer from anxiety and put off making the call for about 8 months, I really had nothing to worry about, they are a fantastic team of people who genuinely care and want to help. I’m very grateful.
