They are literal life savers.

I found myself in a terrible amount of debt, not as much as some but too much for me to handle. I was struggling to hit my minimum payments, let alone be on time about it. I finally realised that my mental health would not survive if I didn’t find a solution. I found step change online, and after reading all the great reviews I decided they were who I needed to help me. I didn’t have to speak to anyone personally if I didn’t want to, they let you do your correspondence via email which again, was so very well received by my struggling mental health. They have always been so quick, efficient, sympathetic and responsive. They in short, saved my life. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
