I didnt know where to go...

My last few years have spiralled out of control with my finances due to depression and anxiety, and I was absolutely desperate and ashamed of my debts. I found courage to contact stepchange and have not regretted it. I was met with kindness, empathy and understanding... something we all wish for in our times of need. I'm kept up to date with money paid, owed, and balances, and any concerns are addressed immediately without me feeling stressed or anxious. Thank you for helping me start to get my life back.
