Simple, courteous application process, rapid response

I needed to borrow £1000 for a maximum of a year. The application was simple and realistic. The repayments are sensible and I can repay extra at any time. This makes the whole process painless. At no time was I made to feel inadequate. There were encouraging email updates during the process so you never felt anxious or forgotten. A much more pleasant experience than applying to a bank!
