Fantastically supportive and friendly and reassuring.

From my very first contact with Step Change I was made to feel at ease, not at all judged, and never made to feel stupid for asking what I felt were stupid questions. Or having to ask to have things repeated several times due to my level of anxiety and depression, making it difficult for me to take information in over the phone, especially when dealing with figures & finances.
