Their help was invaluable to me

Thier help was invaluable to me. I had been made reduntant my husband had just died i was 68 . Step Change was very emphatic to me i was so upset they were firm but very kind to me and helped me sort out a debt plan that everybody could accept. They spoke to all the different companies i owed money to and got them to accept. They gave me a reasonable amount to live on which they passed on to my creditors Step Change did all this for me which was excellent as i did not have a clue. You will never meet or even match another company who work so excellent and who are firm but very kind and understanfing. They absolutely made me feel i can manage this without me feeling so embarrassed. They are truly a caring company Step Change have to work for both sides i.e creditors and debitors i cannot express how brillant they are to everyone and i have no trouble at all within thr 2.5 years i have been with them. I shall be paying debts Back until i am 79 whuch seems such a long long time but i am so happy to say Steo Change are there for me every step.of the way. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
