Literally lifesavers

We were at our lowest, desperate and believed there was no way out of the vicious circle we had found ourselves in. Stepchange changed all of that. They did not judge but offered solutions. It was the answer and guidance we needed and we cannot praise them enough. We started being able to sleep and look forward to the future. I personally cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, help and understanding and the empathy they showed and for once I didn’t feel inadequate, guilty and ashamed of how we had let our finances spiral out of control through personal circumstances changing and trying to cope but knowing there was no way out until of course we spoke to Stepchange, who changed our lives for the better.
