StepChange definitely changed my life.

StepChange definitely changed my life. I had got into a lot of debt with credit cards and was only paying them minimum amount which did not even cover the interest. I went to Citizens advice who recommended StepChange and they took over and worked out a plan to pay off the cards. I hope to be debt free in 2026. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Changed my life

I got myself into a lot of debt I could not tell anyone the struggle I was having I became very depressed until I called Step Change who helped me immensely and understood how I was feeling. They took control and I am now getting my life back. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2021

Amazing Company with lovely people that changed my life for the better

Due to unfortunate circumstances I could only pay minimum amounts on the credit cards and store cards that I had and the balance on each card was not reducing . I could not see a way out of my situation and the worry and stress was making me so ill. Then a friend who I had confided in told me to contact Stepchange. I did and it changed my life. They were so understanding and did not judge me and worked out my affordable payments so I had enough left to live on. I can’t thank them enough. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
