2 year ago I was about to run mad. Watching my account when there was no enough money to pay all my out going. I spent time talking to my bank thinking that as they have my record I never failed to pay my loan before they will be of help. They wasted my time they never help. Until when I turned to stepchange, they were very helpful and supportive. After they calculations, what I had to pay back towards all my debits was little than what I was offering my bank.
