Didn't know who to turn to

I managed to get my self in trouble, paying more on fees and overdrafts and didn't know who to talk to, Halifax advised me to talk to them, which was hard to admit you need help, once I talked to stepchange they put in place a dmp, all the chasing stopped and all creditors being paid, I must also add not to worry about debts being transferred to debt collection agencies as everyone I have been in contact have been excellent in regards the dmp,you have to accept you owe the money and this keeps everyone happy, is it hard, yes there is no treats but halfway through my debts, the sleepless nights waking up in sweets have stopped not knowing where I was going to find the next £ to pay just the interest, I can see the number going down, I can genuinely say this has saved my life, here's to the next 30 payments and then I will be debt free Reviewed on: 9th July 2020
