At a very distressing and confusing time StepChange helped giving me clarity of thought and reassurance, particularly re my bank, with whom I'd been a customer for over 40 years and who no longer could give a monkey's about me! Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

I'm about halfway through a debt management plan arranged by Step Change which has been handled very well and given me much peace of mind. I would say to anybody with serious debt problems - don't hesitate, get in touch with Step Change and start your road to recovery. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020
