Excellent and prompt service-personable and friendly

Brilliant set up of new insurance policy with great telephone support- no hard sell and everything was very clear and transparent in terms of excesses etc. Had to claim 8 weeks after taking out the policy and everything was simple and swift from making a claim online to communication and final payout. It genuinely feels like they put the customer first. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020
