Always a smooth transaction.

Always a smooth transaction. Never had any problems, so I never worry about using PayPal. It's actually my preferred way of paying. I usually use it for most of my online purchases, and I also use point of sale software by PayPal. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026

Prompt call-answering, prompt payment

It is refreshing these days to be able to call a company and not be hanging on the phone for half an hour before you manage to speak to someone. With each claim, I have had an email very quickly saying my claim will be settled within the week, and it usually is. Again, a refreshing change from other insurance companies I have had the 'pleasure' of. Reviewed on: 11th September 2020
