Kind, helpful, professional, understanding

I have a few friends who are on Dmp’s with other companies and when I talk to them about review rime, they dread it as they feel they are being judged. With stepchange, I couldn’t ask for a kinder, more helpful, understand and professional consultant to deal with my account. I am so grateful that I found them and even though I am mostly late on my annual reviews, they go over and above themselves to assist me.
