Keeps everything simple

Got into severe trouble and was advised to seek the help of Step Change by Barclays.... The simple fact that Step Change act as a go between made the whole process a lot less stressful and I am now only a couple of years away from being debt free. A sterling service that will help keep your stress levels down

Once the initial contact is out off the way, you can trust Step Change to be there for you and act as a go-between you and your creditors, always happy to assist if your situation needs modifying and very professional.
