Vehicle valuation and no claims is utterly pointless.

My vehicle was insured with them, fully comprehensive. It got a small dent and they refused to fix it, only offering for me to scrap the vehicle with them for an undisclosed sum which they would only tell me after I had agreed to it, absolute madness. I've spent thousands doing up my older vehicle and didn't want to write it off over a small dent, so I didn't claim. They still registered an incident and now, despite having no claims my monthly insurance has gone up by £10, Thanks Admiral. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2026
