Helped me at my lowest point

I had to leave my job of 30 years, to care for my daughter and her baby, after my daughter had a stroke. I then had to go onto UC!!!. which was an experience in itself. I was in despair over my financial situation and Stepchange supported me through this. All staff I have spoken to were amazing and must have been chosen for their amazing people skills., they were always calm and listened whilst I cried, I never felt hurried and they made me feel that there was light at the end of the tunnel . I don't know how I would have coped without Stepchange. Reviewed on: 12th July 2020
