Monzo, The best bank ever? Yes.

I have all of the Monzo features that a normal user can have, and it has been the best and easiest Bank to use, ever. I am a Max Current Account member, and the perks along with it are great, with better interest rates, reduced investment rates and all of the other perks such as travel insurance and breakdown cover. I have a Joint account and their Flex Credit card, and every piece works exactly as you need it to. They constantly update the system and make it easier for their users, always taking feedback on to improve the user experience. The one area I do find difficult, is finding info on very specific circumstances. They have a lot in their FAQ, but I find it difficult sometimes for more niche queries to get answered. A Great All-In-One bank, all in the Palm of your Hand

I am a Premium Current Account holder, a Joint Account Holder, I also use the Investment Platform, I have a loan, I use their Flex Credit Card and their Instant Access savings accounts. So I think I am using pretty much everything they offer outside of a Business Account, which I would use if I had a business! I don't have a lot of money, but Monzo make it easy for me to track and keep on top of the small amount I do have. And they give me the tools to get better. I earn great interest and I earn a bit more through my investment. It's tiny, but it grows consistently by around 6-7%! I love that I can see everything in one account. My mortgage with another provider, a run down of my investments and how my money grows and changes on a daily basis. The loan was easy to manage and also easy to pay off early. The Flex credit card is great, with the range of payment options, and they constantly improve it. When I first started using it, you had to pay off the first instalment immediately, which often defeated the purpose of it, but they changed that based on feedback. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024

Great rates and Service, but slow

Applying for the loan, and getting the money was easy. However, they were extremely slow in reviewing and giving the money. Almost a week. I would use them again, but I hope that they have sped up their service. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017

Review of the Zopa, Personal Loan:

Great Experience, and Great Interest Rates

Of all the loans I have had to go through, Zopa has been the easiest, and by far the most user-friendly (both in their site user experience, and interest rates). I would recommend them to Friends and Family, I would even use them again if I ever needed another loan. I would like to, in the future, become a lender with them, as they are definitely a trustworthy Loan company that I would be fine working with. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017
