Transparent, easy to use

Zopa make lending very easy and transparent. Almost everything can be done online without the need to call and wait in long queues, and its so simple to update things like the Direct Debit date. This is the least hassle I've ever had compared to any service offered by a major bank. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017
