Helpful, with no judgement

Helped me resolve my epic financial troubles a few years ago. With Stepchanges help I am slowly paying off my debts, and the updated accounts every year is helpful. There is an easy to read, and understand, 'what I owe and to whom', list. A lot of people do not mean to get into financial trouble, and there are a myriad of reasons why you can end up in this position, but good sound advice and help, are two of the most important things to help you if you get into difficulties. I just wish companies were not allowed to sell your debt on - none of mine are with the original people I owed money to - but apparently its big business, peoples debts - we do like to milk the life and soul out of people in the good old UK. Especially if they are vulnerable and in trouble - in Britain this seems to be an excuse to persecute, blame and judge people. Thank you Stepchange, for you help, kindness and the sterling job you are doing to help people in financial difficulties - which are only going to get worse as this damn pandemic, and its financial repercussions, get worse.
