Have tried to close account and get shares back for three months and received no correspondence from them, seriously thinking of taking legal action..

Previous explanation ,very bad company at releasing your money...I am recently widowed,and they are dragging this out, covid 19 is getting the excuse everyone is using ,but staff are furloughed and working from home..no excuses please!
