Stress-free customer service

During my time being with The Insurance Emporium I only have good words to say as when disaster struck with my horse and I needed them during a very stressfull and scary time, they were there and that means alot to me. I found their staff so easy to deal with, they explained the way the claims process works as this was my first time making one and I generally found their service to be stress-free and they made me feel like I was being looked after. They did everything they said they would and the claim was successful. Would definitely recommend and will continue to be a happy customer! Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Horse Insurance Claim

I have owned my pony for over 11 years and never had to claim for on my insurance before so when it happened this year, especially during the pandemic I was understandably unsettled. The customer service from The Insurance Emporium has been fantastic , they made me feel at ease whenever I phoned to talk about my policy/claim and were so helpful with my questions whilst I was stressing!
