Simple, straightforward and clearly presented

Looking for a loan can be full of "gobbledy gook" sometimes from a consumers point of view. Not so with Zopa. Applied online with a clearly written application process. Once accepted everything fell into place just as advised - no complications. Money in my account exactly when they said it would be and could then forget and get on with life. No problem collecting payments and they have kept in touch with out bombarding my inbox. Great organisation to deal with. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017
