Difficult to rate

I like Zopa. The customer service team are fantastic and cant do enough to help when you ring. As is the whole loan application process. Quick and easy with usually a very quick turn around for available funds. My reason for not giving 4/5 stars is only down to when i came to settle the loan through a 3rd party - Zopa do not send attachments with settlement figures on (which my 3rd party needed) and they do not discuss matters with 3rd party other than direct family members - which gave me quite a headache yesterday trying to sort new car finance out. Again, customer service staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried so thank you for that. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017
