Speed and confidence

Provided immediate support following a ski accident and communication along the way. I did not feel isolated or vulnerable in another country and reassured on return until my claim was completed. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Confidence in my cover and all services

I have been with Holiday Safe for a number of years. Initially with their annual policy and then, due to age requirement, a single trip policy. I once had to make a claim after a serious ski accident and received exemplary advice and service whilst in resort that took all the worry away and enabled me to enjoy what was left of my holiday. Every year I have had the best communication with Holiday Safe. When I have had a problem and then with Covid-19 they have acted over and above what I expected. To the extent that I am fully confidence in the company, my being suitably covered, and receiving the best service should anything happen on holiday. Reviewed on: 24th July 2020
