Zopa is Zuper!

I have had two loans from Zopa over the last several years: the first to finance a car and the second for some house refurbishment. The online application is so quick and easy, the website is really consumer friendly and easy to navigate. They make understanding the terms of your borrowing really comprehensive and clear. Checking on my loan status and balance online is simples. The whole ethos and tone of the company means that it is a pleasure to borrow from them! From the emails that I receive (which is not a constant bombardment - thank you) it is obvious that the company looks after both its lenders and borrowers. I even get invited to a Zopa customer party ever year! I do and would recommend them highly to others. Reviewed on: 31st May 2017
