Smooth service, great value, and brilliant customer experience

By Miles have nailed it. I was initially a little sceptical about moving over to a pay-as-you-go service, as I was worried it would encourage me to drive less with the overarching thought of being charged every time I drive my car... but it has been a total game-changer! I've saved so much cash as a result of switching to By Miles (especially during COVID, where lockdown has drastically reduced my driving habits). Their service is second-to-none — I received the tracker, installed it in my car and was setup with their phone app within a week. I've also really enjoyed seeing my monthly breakdown of how much I've driven, average speed, etc. I've been a customer for almost a year now and I'll definitely be renewing when the time comes.
