Excellent Customer Service

First time I've gone with By Miles over your 'traditional' insurance company. Initially had a teething issue whereby the tracker found me to be a couple of miles away BUT.. Contacted By Miles via their intuitive app on my phone and their representative was fantastic, resolving the issue immediately.
